  • How can I place an order?
    You can directly place an order on our website, or via Instagram.
  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    All our products are handmade specially for you, and most of our products are dispatched within 5-7 working days of placing the order.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept cards- Credit and debit- and you can use our secure payment gateway to make the payment. We also have UPI/GOOGLE pay options available. If for some reason the payment is not successful, you can reach out to us and we will help you with an alternative.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    We strive to provide our customers with the best product and service, and we get really disheartened when you are not happy with the order. However, You can request an exchange or return within 7 days, to start this process kindly email us at shimon@namahjewels.com with your order number and pictures of the issue. The cost of the courier (including the original packaging) sent to us will be borne by you. The cost of shipping the new piece to you will be borne by us. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. Return items must include all the original packaging with the tags. Used items will not be returned unless defective. Sale items are non-refundable. International customers requesting jewellery exchanges will be responsible for all shipping charges to return and reship the given item.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, and we believe that they’re the best way to make it somebody happy.
  • What happens if my piece breaks?
    All our jewellery is handcrafted with love. We are very thorough with our quality check, however, if your pieces are dented during delivery you have 7 days to exchange them. If the jewellery is damaged as time goes on, we would love to help you in whatever capacity we can although we wouldn’t be able to cover anything apart from a manufacturing defect.
  • Where and how is the jewellery made?
    All our jewellery is proudly handcrafted in India by local skilled artisans who make everything with utmost love and care. We hand pick all our semi precious stones, and since its handmade, no two pieces of jewellery is alike.
  • What to avoid?
    Avoid direct contact from perfumes, lotions and other chemicals Avoid storing the jewellery in humid places Avoid wearing the jewellery in the shower
  • How can I care for my jewellery?
    The more you wear silver the less it tarnishes. However we understand that its not possible to wear silver jewellery everyday hence we have made a list of points to help you keep the jewellery in the best possible condition.

    Store in a clean and dry place Store in an air tight box or zip lock Clean the jewellery after each use and occasionally with a soft cloth
